I'm Lynne Davies, the Chief Executive of Portsmouth CAB.

We are here to help you in times of difficulty.

At Portsmouth Citizens Advice we have case workers and volunteers who understand the difficulties many people find themselves in throughout their lives and can offer help and support at these crucial times.

What does Portsmouth CAB do?

Unemployment, debt and home repossession are just some of the problems faced by millions of people every day.

The Portsmouth CAB helps people to tackle their problems head on with advice, information and practical support.

As well as working with clients to sort out their individual problems, the CAB service works to change services and policies which are failing. 

Both our case workers and our volunteers are highly trained and offer confidential support with whatever difficulties you are facing.

Customers come to us when they are facing a range of issues including

• Problems claiming benefits
